___ Song for special anniversaries
___ Last Dance
___ Other special songs?
___ Confirm time line and when specialty songs and moments happen. Who will give final cue if necessary.
___ Review with MC any special instructions for any of these traditions (not every bride chooses to do every tradition, and many enjoy putting their own spin on them. Some even create their own.)
___ Review with MC how you want the audience to be addressed.
___ Provide list of those in Bridal Party…how to pronounce their names, the order to announce them in, along with anything else you’d like said about them.
___ Any special concerns for any guest?
___ Confirm that there’s a wireless mic for toasts, blessing, etc.
___ Confirm that you have final say over volume.
___ Review timeline of entire day, including soundcheck and places.
___ Who will be on-site contact day of reception? When do they arrive? Cell?
___ Is their a seperate "tech" contact? When do they arrive? Cell?
___ During the ceremony, or anytime you can't be reached, who should be contacted instead of you in case something comes up?
